You can pay £98 if you like, me I would still complain even if they were £50 the pair.

Hey, I'm not grumpy, I'm a mellow and nicely matured old fart.
It's you youngsters who are the angry ones.

Well, i work in retail. It really helps fuel my hatred for the public alot. I have this tshirt that i wear at work most days. Cant really wear anything offensive obviously but i think it gets across the way i feel about customers

You wear that to work as it says what you feel about customers yet you are a customer yourself to other establishments. Makes no sense to me...

Yeah but I don't strangle the person serving me. That actually happened to one of my supervisors. And I don't steal a load of brand new release blu-rays from HMV then start screaming at the person over the counter when they won't buy them in because there's 20 boxes all smashed where the security seal would be. And i dont threaten to stab the person serving me because they wont buy my phone that has a big crack in the back and has been reported stolen and blocked. I could go on.

95% of customers are great. It's the other 5% that make you want to pull your hair out.

Other way round in my shop
you can sell dvd's, games, phones, cameras, tv's etc for cash straight away in there, so you can imagine what walk of life we get in there. On more than one occasion where ive asked for ID, ive been shown a prison letter. And again on more than one occasion a customer has asked me for the smallest phone we have in stock, because he wants to shove it up his ass and smuggle it into prison. Why they feel the need to tell me that, ill never know.
