Good evening guys.
10 months ago i bought brand new honda 125 esp and now i have done 25 000 miles on it. http://www.hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1988 (Yes it's a bit too much but damm i can't stop riding) Since then i got new job.My new job is 30 miles away from home and mostly on A roads (70mph speed limit)
After saving a bit of money i decided to buy new vario for my scoot but i don't know what should i take.
There is 2 options:
This:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Malossi-variato ... ds=pcx+125

Or this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Polini-variator ... ds=pcx+125

There is no feedback on this item so I'm wondering which should i take?
Will vario affect acceleration? Will it give me top speed?

Also I had a quick look at these this things (clutches)

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Malossi-clutch- ... ds=pcx+125

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MALOSSI-FLY-CLU ... ds=pcx+125

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MALOSSI-DELTA-C ... ds=pcx+125

How clutch can affect riding?Should i combine them? (vario+clutch) and which vario should i take?

Thanks guys.

Both Polini and Malossi varios should give good top end and acceleration.

In the Polini if you install 7 or 7.5gr Dr. Pulley sliders the scooter will be crazy fast believe me!!

This guy have this combo and you can see what it can do.

Also Malossi have good results for what I've seen people testing.

I had JCosta vario on mine but I remove it a few days ago and installed stock one with 12gr Dr. Pulley sliders with a litle milled vario boss and I'm loving it.

Mine it's like this now.

At 1:42 minute you will see my glove in front of the phone camera that is to indicate that I'm in uphill and it's steep!!

In my opinion clutch is for take of and I don't have opinion since mine is stock in that part of the scooter.

Best regards

Beautiful Portugal!!

120km/h it's around 74 miles per hour. Mine already toped out aroud 82 mp/h downhill with JCosta vario and I believe my outter pulley is worn so it's possible to achieve 132 km/h or 82mp/h.

Try foam filter from Polini.
You can order from sipscooter.
