PCX front wheel/rotor removal

Greetings. Managed to warp my disc rotor yesterday by leaving the lock attached. Gave a fine 'clunk' as it struck the arm. It now rubs the brake pads and effects the brake tolerance so has to be changed out.
Question for you is:- Can someone give me the details of tools required and torque settings, maybe a short 'how to' as well if you have had these off.
I have ordered the rotor and new bolts from the Malaga dealer.
Search did not turn up anything.
Thanks.

Ouch. That's a mistake you'll only make once. ;)

1. Remove wheel bolt. Standard metric. They're maybe 19mm? I don't remember, I just pull 2 sockets that fit off my wall. Don't hit the brake ever when the front wheel is removed, or you'll have to PRY the pads back apart.
2. Prop up the front end. Hang it from a cieling using a ratchet strap, chock it (gently) in front of the centerstand, whatever. There's more than 1 way to skin a cat.
3. Slide the axle out. It might put up a bit of resistance. Don't feel bad if you have to grab a metal bolt you have laying around, and use it to get the axle started going out.
4. Bring the front wheel down and out.
5. Remove the rotor. It's just allen keys. They're TIGHT from the factory though. You may need to wear some gloves and get some real torque behind them to remove, especially if the rotor is warped. I never had too much trouble, but I've worked on motorcycles that have ridden on salted roads that needed an impact wrench to remove it.

It shouldn't be too tough, if you were on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, I could have you sorted out in under 30 mins. Take your time, go slow, and post here if you have any questions. PM me if I don't reply promptly, I'm faster to reply to PMs than messages. :)

I just realized I completely neglected torque values.

The bolts on the rotor take 31 ft/lbs torque.
The front axle nut takes 44 ft/lbs torque. It has a locking washer integral to it, so no need to worry about loosening if you torque to spec.

Thanks MD, just what I needed.
I won't need to back off the calliper pistons, the disc is doing a fine job of that on its own.

Looks like it - please see my post in your thread about this. :)

Front axle torque for Forza 300 is 51
