Piaggio X10

Just noticed the X10 350 comes with an ECO mode to cut down power to "slightly more than the 125". Sounds like a good idea as there is only one stretch on my commute where I wouldnt want to be in ECO mode and where my PCX struggles (Traffic light start heading uphill around a bend and where I like to change lanes). My PCX struggles to keep up with the fast cars on that bit. More power and I would be past them all

I saw an X10 the other day, it looks huge compared to a PCX, looks nice though.

I just went to my local Piaggio dealer and asked when the X10 350 exec will be in Oz and he rang the Piaggio importer who said earliest would be 6 to 9 mths from now. So I put my name down to be contacted as soon as I can pre order. Hope to see one in the UK if I can get there in April for work.

This one always gets me.
pre means before
before you order you have not ordered.
So surely "pre order" is a totally meaningless nonsense phrase?
