Hi dergav, from what I've read in that clipping, I would surmise it to last about 6 months. Guess it depends on "how often" you bath your scoot. I just received my "tin" yesterday (along with a tin of Plexus) in the mail. Next is applying it. It is all New to me ;)

Quote from article above:
"By way of an experiment, I have used the ACF50 on the towing hitch of our car too. The hitch has two problems. First the original finish is dreadful and secondly, it gets constantly hosed by spray from the rear wheels. In this extreme use, the ACF50 lasts around four months."

Perhaps gn2 can be more precise in answering your question. If he's round about the gallery :)

WhiteNoise the Second just sounds and looks a little more sophisticated than WhiteNoise 2.

Love that circuit. One just like that used to be the core noise generator for woodwind sounds in old analog synth's.

Now back to our thread in process...

Happy birthday!

I went on a fun ride today but we cut it short because of rain. Let someone else try out my PCX and he said it was like a dream. When he had gone shopping the Honda dealer wouldn't let him try it so he didn't buy one, bought something else.

Riding in the rain, I'm in the red jacket.

The monsoons have rolled into our valley, so the riding couldn't be better. The club I ride with (Sky Island Riders) had our "Ride of the Month" south of town to visit an old Spanish Mission along the Santa Cruz river. Photo op was at the cow skull near the turn-off to Arivaca Road.

Beautiful 86 sunny degrees this Sunday, so I was down at the boat yard and docks and took some pics. Will share this one for now (others have to be downloaded and resized).
Hope you're all getting out and about before the warm season ends and fall brings burr...winter. I don't know if it's me or not, but I swear the weather has been seriously changing over the past two years and I mean Everywhere! Kind of eerie. So enjoy whilst you can. Giddy up! :D

I finally stopped at a little bridge on one of my favorite scoot rides.

We took in the view for a bit, then noticed some movement in the water right below the bridge. A beaver was trying to do a bit of civil engineering.

Riding on tiny twisties is just so excellent on a PCX....
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!
