Fuelly account and how to add to posts

Post by TxLngHrn81 »

I was intrigued to see some members with the Fuelly Account details in the sig block of their posts. I signed up, but have not figured out how to add the BBCode to my posts. Is there a restriction for newbies, or am I doing it wrong? I read the FAQs, and it says the administrator has to grant permission. I'd like permission please. Thanks.

I had to post the link without the URL tag. So it show mine, but can't auto update it. I'd have to keep updating my sig to reflect changes.

Took me a few minutes, but I found it!

When you're in the vehicle of choice on Fuelly, right at the bottom of the screen there is a little gold shield icon (after farcebook, twitter, etc) - click that, and all sorts of things load on the next page.

My sig uses the Small Banner one, with the url link taken out, so my signature just looks like this:-

Code: Select all

It does seem to auto update, as my sig reflects the calculations from my fillup last night, so you should be good to go.

Have a safe weekend everyone!

It worked as advertised. Thanks folks! Now I just need to ride some more to drain the first tank of fuel from the dealer.
