Always amazed at the differences Honda and other companies make across the world - do they ever conduct polls asking people what they would like, as lots of what is available in Thailand and now NZ are not available here, and I bet people would like many of those options to be available.

It looks like he has before and after pictures (and his car has the same color theme) so it seems it's a personal creation.
2013 PCX 150 [now an ex-bike, soon to be consigned to the bottom line of the sig]
2013 Silver Wing ABS (Black)
1971 BMW R75/5 (White)
Too many ex-bikes to list, and, besides, who really cares what we used to own?

:D given the fact that the exhaust cover changes colour you might be right. Perhaps it is being put into production for NZ

I suspect he just painted a few plastic parts, like the exhaust cover, the fuel filler door/cover, and the spark plug cover.

Kudos for originality but not my cup of tea

I have also added red details to a black and gray scooter.
I think the stop sign red might work better if it were a very very deep wine color....less glaring and harsh. Except for the exhaust.....should only be black or chrom...looks like a toy otherwise. The red front piece recalls a white car with one red door from a scrap yard fitted due to a wreck. Probably not the impression you wanted.
Not a good look.
But....to each his own.

I like the red accents. I've considered buying those bits myself. Looks good.
