Does anyone have any insight about cutting the clear acrylic windshield? I have a Slipstreamer Scoot 50 from my last scooter, and I'd like to fit it to my PCX.

That,... on a PCX?? Why?? I don't think it will look very nice on the pcx. There are a lot of manufacturers of windshields for the PCX, and those were meant for it...and they look nice on it. I can't imagine how that one will look on the pcx. I can't even imagine how your are going to attach it to your pcx. I assume you are going to attach it to the handlebar. That might mean pulling the original windshield off because the two may contact each other.

Well, good luck anyway.

It attaches to the mirror mounts. My intention is to cut the upper section off and trim any area that may cause a contact problem.

I used a portable jig saw with a fine blade. Very easily cuts through plexiglass I used tape on both sides and cut through the tape to avoid cracks . Then finish with sand paper to smooth finish the edge.
