Haven't seen any around.

Webike Japan has some but I haven't seen one I'm interested in.

I haven't seen any in the USA either. It's a sad state of things, how few customization parts are available outside Thailand or Japan. :|

I was hoping the PCX and customization would kick off as much as the Ruck community did (I'm sure you're thoroughly familiar with that from TotalRuckus ;) ), but we haven't seen that yet. We do have some badasses like pcxdemon and dasshreddar here that will tread where no PCX owner has before though. :P Then again, the Ruck has been around since 2002, so it's got almost 10 years on the PCX.

We might see more as time goes by, especially if sales of the PCX pick up, or if production continues for another decade.

Also, welcome to the forums! :D

I agree. The PCX-125 never really caught on around here, but maybe the 150 will reach critical mass this year and be a runaway hit. That's my hope anyway. On the other hand, most of these 3rd party exhausts are expensive and can exceed $400.

Over here in the UK, 2408 Honda PCX were on the road in the 3rd quarter of 2011 rising to 3988 for the same quarter in 2012, No info available for 2013 but you can see its increasing all the time.

I see at least one everyday(other then my own).
When i am working in London i see a lot of them! Unfortunately most are used for what they are designed for, commuting, and barley get cleaned let alone have a fortune spent on mods and extras.
So i can't see there being enough of a demand for tuning parts for them to be brought over in bulk from Japan/Thailand or made here.

For more enthusiastic owners that want something different to the normal commuter i guess your have to take the hit on postage and import duty/tax.

Is there any place in the US that stocks any after market parts for the PCX 150 ? There is a few things I am interested in that I can find over seas but dont care for the hassle if I can help it.

It'll most likely happen at some point.....having been around the Ruckus Community in the very beginning, it took years before there was much of anything here for it also.....started "sprouting" pretty well around 2006 to 2007, and only about a dozen or less items by then. Over time, prices on Ruckus Mod Parts have gradually came down.......I've got faith..... ;) 8)

CorSport tried, but they cut their margins too thick. ;)

Webike.com is really good, they shipped some parts to me in under 2 weeks.

Yeah even my local dealer who sold me my PCX150 can't get a lock on an aftermarket exhaust.... Would one from another bike/scooter/moped fit/be welded/fabricated??? I want something louder not like a fart can but something so other motorists can hear me...

There are lots of exhausts out there you just got to search, I saw some Leo Vince exhausts for the 150 at amazon just last week.(they will be LOUDER).
Just about any exhaust could be made to work, straight through designs will be louder than stock.
You could even hollow out the stock exhaust or cut the muffler off( I've seen lots of gy6/ruckus' with just a head pipe)...

Well you could start by taking the snorkel out of the inside of the air cleaner cover. It slides right out. Mine sounds more cycle like and not like a backup generator motor.

Sounds like a good idea, won't cause long term damage right? And where is that located? Under air filter cover? Do you have a pic of where it's at so I can be sure?

Remove the screws for the air cleaner cover and flip the cover over.
Slide the flexible snorkel out. It is only used the quiet the motor.
No harm in taking it out and you can always slide it back in if you dont like it.

Pros. You'll feel as if you have "tuned" your scooter

Cons. You've wasted time removing a teeny bit of rubber

Not much of a waste of time. I am an engineering student so wouldn't be too hard. I was just wondering first how do I do it. And second can it mess it up in anyway if I do it?
