Instead you could just remove the plug, put a wood or plastic stick inside and rotate the engine using drive pulley located on the left side...

I found on this site a very nice and useful info on how to check the valve clearance on Honda PCX, but nowhere instruction on how to assemble it back. Can anyone provide me with info on torq specs on bolts such as radiator assembly and valve cover.
