I think the storage compartment, fuel tank door, are week spots on the PCX, both look and feel flimsy.

Re: Ignition switch shutter stuck
They don't keep the thieves out, nor stop the bike getting nicked here in Thailand.
The stock alarm has got to be the Worlds most useless.
I have noticed the same shutter is used on the Click, Scoopy.

Re: Rear shocks.
YSS Rear shocks, G Euro are about $125 here in Thailand supplied, a little more if you want the shop to fit them. You problems start if you want to order from Thailand, most motorcycle shops here can't handle inquires, unless you speak Thai. Websites are poor with broken links, and general confusion...

Junction Produce are nothing to do with Powerbuy, they are an independent parts maker. I don't like their stuff, as they print their naff logo on everything they make. Powerbuy are resellers. The main reason you won't get a reply, is the English skills in Thailand generally are very poor, the email,...

Re: First service
Here in Thailand the first service is free. ------------------- They didn't extend that courtesy to me. The cost for labour and oil was a few hundred Baht -- the equivalent of less than five Euro. I had to pay for the registration, road tax and insurance as well. I think the phoh-roh-boh (พ.ร.บ.) w...

Get rid of the crap rear shocks, replace the "Arsekiller" saddle, throw away the shitty IRC tyres, fit Pirelli or Michelin.

Re: Move over Honda! I think i just found my next ride!
I am impressed, it makes the PCX look like a rusty bicycle, full instrument panel, better storage, 12V socket. I'll bet the Honda execs are kicking themselves. Expect to see a PCX 200 with the same kit in the future.

Sorry, the Dunk look like a clunk to me. The Zoomer is much more stylish. But to each his own. Same here.  Who dreamed up the name? The Zoomer has cult status here in Thailand, I can't think of any Thai kid turning on up that, and not being the subject of ridicule. It's either a Zoomer, ...
