Re: Rear shock options
From what I gather there are 2 types of YSS shock. 1 is non-adjustable and 1 is manually adjustable. Can anyone give a riders report on the performance of each of these? The standard read shocks are an embarrassment to Honda. Just how much of an improvement is to be expected from the YSS models? At ...

Rear shock options
I know this has been discussed previously but I'd like to propose a thread dedicated to those who have upgraded the suspension on Forza 300. Has anyone got installation (during or after) pics with feedback on the changing of entire shocks or springs to share? What options for spring replacement? Wha...

Re: Quiet-Exhaust Recommendations Anyone?
If I wanted to listen to a bunch of "obnoxious ignorant cunts" as you put it (forum benefactor!!!????) I'd have bought a Hardley Ableson and a set of leather chaps. If you don't get moderately aroused at the sound of a Ducati twin or and older Kawasaki 4 with open pipes ridden well on the ...

First (and subsequent) servicing
Hi all, Bit confused over when the first service is due. Book seems to say 1000kms but I will change the oil anyway at around half that. Anyone know different from that? On most of my previous bikes the service intervals were around 5000 to 7500kms and I change the engine oil much more frequently th...

Re: Bye bye PCX
Good on you. I had a fling also with an X1 buell and loved setting off car alarms through narrow streets and in town during an afternoon ride. You can't get much more polar opposite between a Buell vs a PCX. I like your style !!! Stay safe, especially on wet roads when applying some of that low-down...

Re: performance air filter in the box
I see BMC have a filter for the eSP model PCX150. It seems to be red in colour and surface area of the filter looks at least double the stock filter area.
I've used BMC air filters in the past and they are top notch... just like K&N.

Re: Forza comparison to PCX150 and other small 'maxi scooter
I can't fathom out why a modern day scoot would weigh in at over 200kgs. If Aprilia can make a 300 at 160kg why can't the rest? Heavy weight bikes are just unnecessary these days. Jeez.. my old Ducati Monster weighed in at less than a Forza. And a ten year old jap bike weighs far less than a burgerv...

Re: Side view mirrors made of plastic?
Interesting !
I have noticed how crap the OE mirrors are. Anyone got any fixes? I saw some pics on here of mirrors fixed to the front fairing similar to this .... http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q278 ... lisNew.jpg
Anyone know where to buy them ?

Re: Keeping visor clean
Against popular opinion I also wax and polish my helmet/visor. I find this not only protects the visor but also makes it "bead" much more easily even with light drizzly spray that has a tendency to just stick and obscure your vision. A slight tilt of the head and all the water beads run of...

I think I was about to post something sensible... then we drifted off onto ladyboys and I forgot what the whole thread was about ! Nice and understated mate, and I bet you get many offers for a lift home from the ladies (and boys) in City Extreme. As for colour, I quite like the sound of brown...

Re: Yoshi exhaust on PCX150 - what other mods required?
I found it on eBay. There are a few on there and I managed to get it relatively cheap compared with some of the online shops. I wanted carbon but they only had Ti so had to decide cost vs style. It's realllllly nicely made. Haven't fitted yet until I get at least the first service out of the way.

Re: Stage 1 performance packagef
Performance pipes = plenty of choice on the net. Airfilters = performance replacement (eg K&N) are common or "cone" type plus other mods to remove some parts of airbox (you can reasearch in the board). Chip = Stock ECU is adequate for the above works. Not aware of any power commander o...

Re: Fitting 13" wheels and wide tires on PCX 150
From my end I always find skinny tyres are preferable on unsealed roads as they tend to "dig-in" more than wider tyres which have a tendency to skip and slide around over the surface and don't track well over cracks and ruts. Take a look at motocross tyres vs Motogp tyres. MotoX uses skinn...

Thanks all, yeah I saw that Honda bracket on eBay also... Just did some quick googling and came up with this too; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-PCX125-PCX-125-Rear-Luggage-Top-Box-Rack-Carrier-2009-2010-2011-2012-2013-/160982995309#ht_2469wt_3078 ...which is kind of more what I was looking for. PCX luggage racks?
Hi, I have seen a couple of racks online but can't find anything in Oz or available on eBay.
Would anyone like to post pic of their luggage racks and/or provide the source?
I'm personally looking for a rack with a black finish to match the bike but open to suggestions.
Cheers!
