Re: "New" 2014 Honda Forza

Flush fuel tank with fresh fuel, change brake fluid, coolant, engine oil, transmission oil, check tyre condition and pressures.

Or do none of that and just ride it.

i have a PCX 2016 and want to upgrade to bigger tyres. i read that i can easily replace with 140/70 rear and 120/70 front. Will i need to buy bigger wheels as well or the original ones are ok.
Thanks

Stick with the original wheels and tyres, they're fine.

It won't be.
Think facelifted NC750D Integra.
There simply isn't room for decent storage under the seat.

Re: 20000 miles today.

Mine had 19,500 miles when I traded it at just under three years old.
Very minimal maintenance, never broke down once.
1,000 mile oil change is very wasteful, no need to change it so often.

Whoa..and you will See more on 10/14/20 - yep a Honda Forza "750" coming at'cha! 300 --> 750 That's a leap! What happened to their mid-range 300/400 - why bypass them? Does Honda have more surprises? I declare! Empty those Pockets! 'Forza' 750 is simply a renamed facelifted NC750D Integra...

Re: Ignition barrel

Try turning/jiggling the handlebars as you turn the key.
Check the key isn't bent.
Try the spare key.
Make sure the key is fully inserted.

Nope, it eas an assembly issue, a number of Forzas did it within their first year, long before a coolant change.

Re: HONDA PCX 150 2013 Rusty Front Shocks

Depending on how deep the pitting is you may or may not get away with just taking the rust off and using a seal-mate on the seals.
If the fork tubes are pitted there are ways of filling them in.

Re: 2013 PCX Speedometer questions

I don't take my outer cowlings off much. Traditional mechanical speedometers use lubricated rotating cables going into a front wheel hub or something like that. Is this how the 2013 PCX and later series determines speed and mileage covered ? Its done by electrickery, there's a sensor in the final d...

Oh dear. 4000 miles in six years isn't anywhere near enough. Fuel system probably needs flushed through with fresh fuel. Beware snake oil additives, they can cause more problems. Forza had multiple fuel pump recalls, the replacement pumps had to be replaced. So if it wuz me, change fuel pump and lin...

Don't know where you're getting $80 shipping from, site says $16.32 for a Pittsburgh zipcode I picked at random.

Aftermarket belts are still and will always be garbage.
Get an original belt from Thailand.
Total $76 including postage to USA.
