1. Is the Seat back adjustable?
2. Is the Seat Back remove-able from the seat?

As I would be trying to gain some Leg room. Removing the seat back may allow me some more leg room, I did this on my Burgman 650, and also on my Honda 600 Silverwing, for added leg room between my knees on dash.

local guy has a 07' burgman 400, with less than 6k miles and looks like new for $3,300.

It looks like a really good deal.
