No, no experience on it. Would love to know more about it though. I still ride mine, it’s awesome. Done about 20000km on the kit and still going strong ..

As long as it's copper gasket spray I guess from a decent company, you should be good.

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
Must use copper gasket spray for the head gasket. That will stop and seal the head properly. If you're going in there constantly adjusting the gaskets because of the leaks, you got nothing to loose then to separate the gaskets and use single layer gasket, with copper spray on on sides of the gasket,...

Re: 2 valve to 4 valve conversion
I'd be super keen to go 4 valve. My only draw back was 2 valves, I got as much as I could out of two valves, there is no more power. 4 valves would open it right up.

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
It will run rich on low throttle, half to 3/4 throttle should be around 14.7 and full throttle is at 13.2afr.
But that's on mine with takegawa fuel corrector.
Im not sure regarding your question on self correction. You need an afr meter and just watch what's it doing...

Re: dr pulley rollers / sliders
no……………….. to me, they were worn out after using them for 15,000 km. i had to replace the sliders as the revs were getting higher than usual. Probably your belt was worn out, got skinnier hence your increased revs and would have less top speed. 15000 on a belt is great but performance suffers. Slid...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
A question on throttle body and manifold size for the Yumanishi 150cc head. Which size would be best? I am seeing 30mm, 32mm, and 34mm throttle bodies and corresponding manifolds. I know the intake valve is 29mm and I do know that going too large can be a detriment. Insites? Suggestions? I haven't ...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
Pcxdemon, you ever Dyno your set up? I did while ago. It had 31mm throttle body and ok transmition set up. Then again, had no base, stock pcx to test and compare first so I guess dyno calibration may have been incorrect. Anyway, it put out 15 something HP at the wheel. Once I installed 34mm Forza t...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
Hello . why don't they mount the yuminashi turbine with more cooling blades? until seeing me it has worked Blades are orientated counter to stock. Orginal fan pulls air in thru the radiator, what is that one going to do? I tried that one on mine few years back, and my temperature gauge went up...so...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
Installed Yuminashi full set of 164cc. I put a long gear 15/45. Started driving. In a few days I drove 180 km. Then the scooter started overheating. The red light came on. I pumped the water system many times, the result is deplorable. The steam is collected, the pressure in the radiator, the liqui...

Re: Forza 125 replacement battery
8 years on shorai lithium battery. Never had to charge it. It just lasts forever it seems. Was exy to buy like 200 vs 80-100 for original type but after all these years it's still going. I'm sure it paid it self off many times now.
