Hi
I have a 2016 PCX 150 with 15000 kms and the clutch is shuddering quite a bit.
It improves a little when the bike warms up, but it still seems to be pretty rough compared to my previous 2014 PCX.
Is this normal? If so, can it be improved?
Thanks, Noel

Re: what kind of bolts for exhaust header?
The originals on mine (2016 PCX 150) are a 7mm chrome-plated tall dome nut with a flange.
Very weird size, struggling to even find 7mm stainless nuts here.

what kind of bolts for exhaust header?
Hi Fellow PCXers! So the person who sold me my bike didn't tighten the aftermarket exhaust on properly, and the header pipe fell off on the freeway somewhere. The gas tank is plastic and pretty easy to either plastic-weld or repair with an epoxy.
Be careful getting a different tank because you have to fit your petrol pump into it.

Re: How-To: Install the Stebel Nautilus horn
Note to anybody else trying this - I have a 2013 PCX 150 and the insides of my scooter look a little bit different.
I ended up putting the horn inside the front fairing, above the headlight, but even there it was a tight squeeze.
