Re: Lower pcx
I also thought it was pretty low, I always have trouble being short and having relatively short legs and long back but I could get my two feet firm on the ground. Maybe you should check out some Thai sites, they are doing the strangest things with their vehicles so also with the PCX. I just hope you...

Re: Hello everyone
I'm downsizing from a BMW F650 and am really excited about entering the world of Twist n' Go simplicity. I could have done with the PCX last night as I was called into work at the last minute and had to use my truck to get in. Nearly 3 gallons of diesel v half a gallon of unleaded is a no-brainer. ...

Re: Hello everyone
Hi and welcome to the forum. I've got the Honda tall screen and top box on my pcx. The rear top panel behind the seat will have four holes drilled through it so the mounting plate bolts can screw into the grab rail beneath it. It's not as bad as it sounds because the holes are out of sight, unless ...

Re: Had a deer run out in front of me!!!
And on a Honda Foresight 250 scooter I hit a cat but it ran away so I think (hope) it wasn't hurt too bad. LOL, I was reading it quickly and thought you said "I hit a *car* but it ran away" :) I did that once too but it didn't run away. http://www.hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=387&...

Re: Hello everyone
I've also ordered my PCX with the Honda top box plate (not the actual top box itself because I heard it's the standard Monokey or Monolock system so you can use other/bigger top boxes than the only one Honda is offering). I was told that indeed there was no drilling involved. But it's expensive.

Re: Flat tire
I'm not feeling too safe with this plugged tire. Like suggested I hardly drive faster than 40 miles/65 km per hour (I have a Honda Lead 100 (my red PCX150 is ordered) and it has a top speed of just over 50 miles/80 km so it rides best at about this 40mls/65km speed). All my rides are recreational so...

Re: Flat tire
Provided that the tyre has been repaired properly, yep, you can use it until it wears down. Nowadays, it's not that common to have a flat, but it still happens. I bought a tyre-repair spray today and will keep it underneath the seat just in case. I'm curious about your repair spray. Dd you read any...

Flat tire
I had a flat tire last week. It was slowly losing air when I wanted to make a trip. I thought if I filled the tire with air (I don't know how you call this in English) every day at a gas station I would be OK. NOT! The tire was losing air faster after every 'fill up'. Luckily I had a reparation set ...

Aren't you afraid it falls off or jumps off your bike? Or is the dog strapped so it can't reach the ground when falling off?maddiedog wrote:I wouldn't put your dog IN the bag, I keep mine on top.

Re: Had a deer run out in front of me!!!
I killed a duck once on a motorcycle (me on the motorcycle, not the duck!), it was crossing the street so I thought I could pass it at the duck's backside. It heard me and then turned around. Too bad, I was sorry for the duck. What surprised me was that I hardly felt anything running over it, I used...

But don't judge people because they choose a little bit more for freedom and a bit less for safety. I don't judge people who consciously choose to not wear protective gear. I do however judge people who are too stupid to inform themselves of the risks of not wearing that gear. These are the people ...

Re: 10,000ml
Looks like you had a nice day to do that. And nice surroundings to!
I drove my Honda Lead 100 over it also last month, now almost 11000km. Bought it last year august with 4270km on it.
My PCX 150 will arrive in about 4 weeks, can't wait.

I have seen what happens when you fall of a bike in shorts and T-Shirt, and believe me if I tell you that those guys had a bad time. I always think this is a little bit strange argument. I've seen somebody crossing the street getting hit by a car, didn't look nice. Does that mean I have to wear a h...

I've ordered a Givi T496 today. 59,50€ at my local Honda dealer so no shipping. But I had to pay 10€ extra for short delivery time. Anyone heard about that before?

Re: PCX 150cc price is announced!
And no 125cc anymore. Here in Holland there is a shipment PCX 125's on its way for the end of this month and a shipment PCX 150's for the end of June. I don't know if there are 125's for sale here after that. It wouldn't make much sense because there are no real advantages for a 125cc here in our co...

Re: Red available in UK soon?
I cannot use a shipping delay. My plan is to go to Spain on it in week 28 on Tuesday. So time is short already to do the last preparations. Maybe I have to delay my trip for a few days. Last year I bought a second hand motorcycle and travelled Europe with it 3 days later! I thought this year I had m...
