Re: Overtightened Spark Plug

If the new plug is the same model as the old plug and the one you got is definitely marked on the plug as the right one, (not a wrong one in the right box) I don't see how overtightening it could have got it far enough into the cylinder for that to happen. I followed the instructions in the user ma...

Re: Overtightened Spark Plug

Wow....thx for the pics, keep the recept for the plug, you may have a case if its the wrong plug.... Do they (or did they) look to be EXACTLY the same length? I am 90% sure they were the same length, I have put my tools away for now, and the old plug is in the bike, I will take it out and compare w...

Overtightened Spark Plug

Yesterday I replaced the spark plug, today I broke down, I removed the new plug and found that it had been flattened and (by the piston I assume). The bike won't start with the old plug in, it struggles to turn over with a lot of clanking noises. have I done goofed?

Re: Forza 125 vs SH125i for a tall rider?

Hi I'm 6'7" (200cm) I have ridden an sh125 and found it unsafe to ride with my knees getting in the way of the handlebars, I have sat on a forza and there is plenty of room compared to the sh125 and my cramped pcx, I plan to switch to a varadero 125 when the engine dies.

Re: Bleeding the brake lines on a 2015 PCX..

I did the same as above, but instead of gravity, I used this method. 1. Open the Nipple 2. Pull the Brake Lever 3. Close the Nipple 4. Release the Brake Lever. 5. Repeat until fluid is clear and has no bubbles.

Re: warped front rotor with dics lock

My rotor clipped a traffic cone at low speed, I replaced it and the found the pads were very unevenly worn, replaced them and the bike was good as new.

CBS bleed

Last week I brought a vacuum pump to bleed my brakes without realising I needed air pressure unit for it to work, I decided to use it anyway with the manual- open nipple, pull lever, close nipple, release lever method, and it worked very successfully. However my question is, will this method work wi...

Re: Trouble starting new bike

Maybe the rear brake freeplay nut is too tight, preventing you from pulling the brake lever easily??
