Also-you are correct regarding the service intervals-the running in service is at 600 miles (oil only) then at 4,000 miles (valve clearances), then every 4,000 miles thereafter.

Re: Forza 125 vs SH125i for a tall rider?
The only way to be sure is to test ride one. However I'd venture the Forza would be a good bet as-you need quite long legs to get your foot flat on the floor, the screen extends to be pretty tall and you can sit well back in the seat. I'm 5ft 10, so about average and the Forza suits me well and feel...

Yup-same as standard. 2bar front, 2.25 bar rear (just rider, no luggage/pillion) if memory serves.

Re: Ordered a Forza 125...to replace my PCX!
Just rolled over 600 miles today. Booked in for the first service tomorrow with Norton Way, the supplying dealership. The quote from memory was just over £70-not too bad, especially considering they're lending me a bike for the day. Hopefully the heated grips are being fitted tomorrow too-I never di...

Re: Ordered a Forza 125...to replace my PCX!
Exchanging Varadero 125 for Forza 125. Took advantage of Honda's new rider offer; £150 off of accessories and kit. So, I ordered Honda Heated Grips priced at £150 and they have been fitted for free! But the real deciding factor is they will be covered by the same 24month warranty as the bike! That'...

Re: Pcx 150 in the UK
My UK PCX125 (2015 model) used to cruise comfortably at 60mph. Indicated max was around 66mph from memory-it did feel a bit strained at that point. A 60mph cruise is quite OK on it though-it's worth purchasing a taller screen for better wind protection. I also found my tall screen made the bike get...

Re: Honda Forza 125 "ordered"
So, having heard what we have so far about the 125 performance, any UK people actually interested in it above the PCX (for a 125 vehicle that is)? It may be a little faster and heavier, but is it worth it for the modust gain and extra £1000+? If I was in the market for a 125 I wouldn't buy either o...

Re: Pcx 150 in the UK
New 2015 model. If it's brand new-the thing I would do is call Honda UK and ask them the question about the warranty. The standard warranty for a UK supplied PCX is two years from the date of first reg; you may find the PCX150 being a (presumed) Italian model from the info above may have only a yea...

Re: Pcx 150 in the UK
There are two versions of the PCX 150, the Italian market one and the North American market one. Any UK eBay listing will probably be for an Italian market one. This would be classed as a grey import and warranty would be rather interesting. Good point re. the warranty. How old is the PCX you're lo...

Re: Pcx 150 in the UK
Been looking at pcx 125 for a while but recently seen pcx 150's for sale on eBay in the UK. Anyone bought one in the UK. Worried about about increased insurance price as think it might be classified as import. Were they ever officially sold in the UK? (I don't know the answer to this!) If they were...

Re: Honda Forza 125 "ordered"
Ditto the top box. Storage space under the seat easily takes my gym bag, plus a couple of day's shopping at the supermarket. I'm disappointed in Norton Way as in all other aspects with my PCX they were excellent. Their after sales department so far for me have been good, so you should be in safe han...

Re: Honda Forza 125 "ordered"
Do you go to the gym in Bedford? If so, I think I've seen your bike there, with Norton Way plates on it (bought mine from there too).
Unfortunately I didn't get the same exemplary service-even more disappointing when my PCX buying experience previously was superb.

Re: Honda Forza 125 "ordered"
I am looking to replace my 2012 PCX 125 so I test rode the Yamaha X-MAX 125 because it looks great. When I rode it, it is very lethargic indeed, got onto my PCX afterwards and it feels like a sports bike compared to the X-MAX. Hope the Forza 125 isn't like that, if so I will have to go for the Forz...

The Forza 125 can touch 80mph Can it fuck. Top speed is a fraction under 72mph. http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=fr&u=http://www.scooter-station.com/Comparatif-Honda-Forza-125-vs-MBK-Evolis-125.html&prev=search 80mph on the speedo. No idea what it is GPS, granted it's on...

Removing that intake snorkel in my experience makes the engine bog down and introduces an annoying reverberation. Not good

Re: Ordered a Forza 125...to replace my PCX!
I filled up today and reset the trip. Rode home from the station, then to Milton Keynes (a trip of around 30 miles total) and the display was averaging 130mpg! Not bad at all.
Still no word from the dealer about the heated grips. Indifferent service is heading even further downhill!

Re: Blown Head Gasket (one year old bike)
Do they even make "Rover" not Land Rover vehicles any more? Info I have said not since 2005. Very off topic, I agree! MG Rover went bust in 2005. Land Rover stopped using any MG Rover engines/technology in around 2001 from memory. The MG part of the brand was revitalised in 2009 under Chi...
