Re: PCX125 - Coolant Light Coming On But Has Coolant
Hi there, I bought my 2015 PCX 125 2 weekends ago but due to weather I've not managed to get out on it until today. Its a great bike and will be an excellent commuter but I have a small issue.... When I took the bike out today the coolant light came on after a while (open road riding, not sitting i...

Re: Today's Quick Pic
Thought I'd share a quick snap of the scoot before it gets taken to pieces. And so it begins... A few things finally shifting into the blue list this weekend. :D I love that kitaco dash. Can you set the main gauge to km/h or mph? I was looking at it online and it looks like main gauge could be spee...

Re: Tapping noise coming from bottom end of engine
Time for a bit of an update. Got second hand engine in the end so bike can be in use straight away, I've purchased another engine for mk1 pcx by the mistake to I've stripped it down to see all parts on pcx motor and to maybe use some to fix broken one. I've stripped damaged engine and there are som...

Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk Are you running 125 head? 150 head is much better aligned with cooling water ports so the flow of water is unimpeded. I'm running 150 head now and I haven't had any dramas so far regarding overheating. Yes, I'm on 164 kit with larger yuminashi injector. It ran f...

Re: Forza 35mm TB
Hey lolo, did you upgrade your injector to the A type 6 hole? Yeah got 6 holes a type injector that comes with the yuminashi kit. Was gonna take the engine apart as when I was installing 164 head gasket looked bit od like it wasn't ment for my head sort of not exact fit but was so excited I put it ...

This thread is pcx orienteded and its relevance. I gather that. Proud owner of 164 yuminashi pcx me self. Was just looking at parts microfiche for forza 125 the other day and noticed that throttle body. Was wondering how similar are the engines of pcx and forza 125. Cylinder has the same part numbe...

Re: Yuminashi 175cc BBK
Had a 175cc kit with 150 Head, not enough money for the bigger head. I try to be as conservative as possible but the power is amazing. Bigger valves are long overdue. With the 150 head the gasket is thicker too, compression drops a bit (safer) and the meat of the gasket is thicker. In my view, they...

Re: yuminashi 164cc kit break in !
Too late now. When new you should've warm it up and ride with full throttle acceleration and slow downs for first 80 km then change oil and done. Ride like you stole it for a day and change oil and it will be broken in.

MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO UNLEARN SOMETHING... People are dumb, will never let go of preconceptions, and not honest enough to ever admit they got anything wrong... BUT, if you are the exception to this rule, read this article on break in. Most people do the below break in procedure not be...

Re: Another 2014 - 2015 Forza Recall in US
With proper maintenance I don't think there is a limit to how long it will last either in terms of years or mileage. The problem with high mileage is striking a balance between what the servicing/repairs cost and what the scooter is worth. I have been quoted between £1000 and £2000 as trade-in valu...

Re: Yuminashi help!!!!
If you have the fuel controller I would suggest adding more fuel until you feel a power loss, that is of course you dont have a wideband O2 sensor. Or you can contact them and ask for a richer injector. An 8 hole high flow, fancy name, but the hole pattern is a circle, like a hexagon, not 2 half ci...
