There are 3 generations of PCX modells and same different from country to country.
I believe it'electricall problem perhaps dead or weak battery.

Anyone know this variator or have tested it? R Much less expensive than J COSTA. Other owners with other scooter brands have tested and say it's similar to J COSTA but without the problems of it.
