You probably don't really need them. Take a torch and look inside the caliper. You will see the rotor, the disc that is attached to the wheel, and the brake pad. That does sound like an absolute nightmare. And sorted with an excruciating 5 mins of fiddling. Awful.

What options are open to you so that this absolute disaster doesn't happen again?

The stop start switch used to be North America only so fewer people than usual might be familiar with this.

Can you get any clues from the replacement part on how it is held in and therefore how it can be removed?

Have you tried ebay or motorcycle breakers for a good second hand part?

Fantastic looking bike, lovely colour.

Bodywork looks misplaced on the right of the bike too. Looks like it will need a partial strip down to see the extent of the damage.

Who transported the bike? If it a professional company they will have insurance to cover this.

If you removed the bolts and it came out previously, but it doesn't now, it does sound seized.
