Re: Selling my bike - what do do about a couple of nasty scr
Depending on the size and location of the scratches, you could put on some "Honda Wings" logo stickers or Prestige badges to cover them up?

Re: What's going on here?
That's why I asked what's the problem with it. Its not blocked as far I can see. I have contacted Maddiedog about it. I wasn't trying to be cantankerous, I just felt 2 posts in a row about PM post quota wasn't addressing the issue. Once again, not trying to be snarky, but if he knew the issue he wo...

While this is correct, it's a moot point, and I think Peter would rather have his old account fixed which can send PM's.Alibally wrote:GN2 is correct. A new account cannot send PM's till they have posted 15 times.

Hi Modsquad,
"pja" was formerly "pja2536". Can you please fix his old account with a password reset or some such?
I might be the forum member who sent him a PM that he can't access from his old account now.
Cheers, Gav.

Re: Chicaboo's BBK kit and performance mods.
So, today is two weeks since the crash. I'm healing slowly and the pain isn't as bad as it was. Since, I was feeling a little better I had a casual look over the scooter to assess the damage. Basically it's all the plastics on the right side, the mirror, front brake lever and the exhaust. I don't kn...

The side stand shuts the engine off, or prevents it from starting in the downward position.

The clip-ons should go nicely with the stretch and fork outers.
Hopefully, you can lower the bars sufficiently without bumping into the meter panel.

Re: PCX 150 trike
I could see my wife riding the ones with the two wheels in back, but I am not sure about the two up front. Maybe the MP3 might be worth looking at, but otherwise there are a few things she wants from the trike that the two-in-the-back might give her. First of all, she does not want to have to put o...

There are 3 types: original V1 non-eSP, V2 eSP, and the V3 LED. I think you're the V2 eSP?

If it keeps her from falling over, it's a trike to her. It is interesting that when I purchased my bike originally she did not want to ride as a passenger. She wanted her own bike but had not ridden any motorcycle or scooter in over 25 years. She had to learn all over again. Then she got to the poi...

http://fujityper.jugem.jp/?eid=680 http://fujityper.jugem.jp/?eid=630 I have seen a post of the spring depicted in the second link, but can't find it. Someone else recently asked about something like that. That spring looks like it would be less obtrusive than the strut. https://japan.webike.net/pr...

Re: Amazing development of technology
Well, once upon a time, when I was still working, I needed as much power as I could get from my computer. The biggest problem we had was our own I.T. group. We were all engineers in my department but our requests for better computers had to go through I.T. and they thought that everybody could get ...
