Oh, you got the fast colour, too.
Is that a Honda Deauville across the road?

Re: PCX 150 trike
I know that I am a little late on this thread but sfscoot, would you mind pm'ing me info on what you had to do to trike it and costs? My wife is hesitant to get back on her pcx now but says she would if it were triked. I may consider it. It's not a Trike, it has trainer wheels either side of the or...

Re: Loiterer at the coffee shop...
I like the fact that you don't have to put your feet flat on the floor on that new Like. I just could not get use to the flat footed position. That is the great advantage of the PCX. For just zipping around town, a little scooter is ideal. You can go to the store, load up on groceries, and off you ...

Since you're talking costs - don't you also need a 150 exhaust to suit the exhaust port location for the 150 head?

Yeah, I'm glad I had someone around to help me out. Often times it doesn't seem like that, though. The boss just called me and was a bit more understanding than he was the other day. Maybe because I told him off? Dunno... Anyhow, it seems like he's gonna bug me everyday while I'm off work to still g...

The SV650 has smooth lines and contours against an elegant ladder chassis.

Re: the NYC variator
In my stock variator I find 13g sliders are ok, at almost 7500rpm during acceleration. 12g sliders take me to almost 8000rpm, which puts the CVT close to max power. Given this I'm thinking 11.5g sliders or rollers would give you max power on a 150. 14g rollers and 13g sliders were the best compromis...

I found that when I test rode my neighbours Kymco Like. I basically had to sit on the back part of the seat.fish wrote:Cons: only an small-framed Asian can & do enjoy the stock seat. I spent 2 days rebuilding mine. Probably at a 34-35" seat height now. Suits my 6'3" frame just fine.

Re: PCX/Airblade exhaust
Hey Bobby, A member named JaeMelo has used a PCX exhaust on his Airblade, but I'm not sure which model it was from. Eventually he moved to this exhaust style: http://nolimitz-maticshop.com/en/honda-pcx-150-accessories/13-tsukigi-rrgs-thailand-exhaust-honda-pcx-150 If you contact Gilah from Nolimitz ...

Re: Chicaboo's BBK kit and performance mods.
Hey Mel, So I can look after mum, my brother and the cat, I mostly work from home and only go into the office for meetings. I've been very fortunate that my brother's friend has been staying with us and helping where she can, but she doesn't drive. Even with my friend driving me around yesterday, I ...

Re: Chicaboo's BBK kit and performance mods.
Yeah, no wonder I couldn't move for a while after I went down. I must've been in shock when I rode the scoot home. I'm lucky someone called me out of the blue this morning and offered to help get me around to get checked out. The pain killers are making me drowsy, which is awesome so that I can now ...

Re: Chicaboo's BBK kit and performance mods.
Thanks Mel and John. You too know what it's like. The pain is making it very hard to sleep. I can kind of get comfortable on my back in bed or sitting up on the couch, but neither option are ways I ever sleep... I'm really heart broken about the helmet, but the scoot is a cheap fix. I'm not able to ...

Hey Frank, now that I have the big tube mod done on the airbox, the 31mm TB is (was? ) working well.
The B type 31mm manifold would let you use your old injector. Not sure about open-loop fuelling though...

Re: Chicaboo's BBK kit and performance mods.
I wasn't ever going to install the Rothmans livery until the BBK was done just incase I broke some clips. Now I've got that and then some! I didn't mention it, but I installed a new dashboard (centre block) a couple of weeks ago and that fixed my rattles and vibrations. Then on the way home after th...
