Re: rock hard seat
So just an update. the Airhawk whilst amazingly comfortable for my bottom caused me a lot of back pain. i think all the shifting on the air cushion was using my back muscles to stabalise my body and it hurt. I have now sold my PCX with givi tall screen and 46ltr top box, The engine, fuel economy,sta...

High beech is nice.
How do you find your pcx on London roads. I find it very uncomfortable and will sell. It's so bad I actually might give up two wheels

Re: rock hard seat
The fat ass thing is a bit weird. It's half the problem. I'm too light for the shocks and too heavy for the useless stock seat. Oh well. Problem solved. Now I need a new excuse to find to sell the pcx

Re: rock hard seat
The cruiser r is a one size model. I added about 1 puff if air.. The two tiny supplied strap go under the seat too easily. Straps under seat hook onto the corners of the cushion to secure it. Because I live in London I don't trust people enough to leave the cushion on and the bike out. It's too easy...

Re: Air Hawk seat pad
Hi all. I hate my pcx suspension/seat combo. I find every bump violently jars my spine. I have just bought the airhawk cruiser R. Honestly I've only done 5 miles on it but I can tell it's superb. I just went for a ride down the worst bit of local road that just is horrible to ride on and I didn't fe...

12V SOCKET
Hi all, a bit embarrassed about this question but here goes. Can i hard wire a 12v socket to the battery? i have done this on every motorbike i've ever had but i have no idea how the stop start system on the pcx works and wasnt sure if there is a conflict. it will be an always on socket with no LEDs...

144miles/230km for 4.54 litres = 1 imperial mpg.
Winter it drops to about 133. Hot summer days it's over 150. I live in the UK hot summers are rare

rock hard seat
does anyone else find their seat rock hard and very uncomfortable even for short time? Of the 12 motorbikes and 1 scooter i have owned, this is the worst of all of them. (one of the bikes has a worse seat but much better suspension so it was better overall). I take every opportunity to ask the other...

Re: Is this an oil leak
im really pleased you got yours fixed. the dealers mechanic had a look at the scooter today. i forgot what he said but basically amounts to we spilt some oil when changing some other oil. clean it off and dont worry.

If you drive like that with more power you will loose the rear wheel mid corner and crashyour scooter/bike

Re: Is this an oil leak
It was like that but a lot lot less. (Engine oil level is fine) I'm wondering if it's from the lubricant they sprayed on the drum brake adjuster nut making it like worse. To me it looks like something is not tight and oil is seeping out but having motorcycles in the past I have no clue about the sco...
