what does "lean the posts" mean?? I have connected/disconnected at least 6 times. No power. Nothing lighting up.

I am sure it is in some past post, but I am new and short on time....so.... stored 2013 Pcx 150 all winter, had batter tender on battery all winter. Battery has charge.All fuses good. NO IGNITION or anything lighting up. Was going to buy a new battery, but it shows good charge. I might have done som...
