Don't see why not. Just fitted one on my new 16. It's a givi mounting kit but an aftermarket box. YouTube has a video from a guy in Thailand fitting one. He just took out the mounting panel and bolted straight on but I drilled 4 holes through the cover, looks far neater, 10 mins on the drill press, ...
