Hello everyone! New and proud of 2013 PCX150 here. Just picked this baby up from the dealer last week with THREE miles on the odometer. Nice! Question: there are lights on boths sides of the headlight. I was told at the dealer these are non-functional becasue they are used overseas but not in US. Is...
