I always got along very well with 13.5 gr... even on the Malossi variator.. on the Yuminashi variator I get along very well with 8.5.gr, but this has a lot to do with the gearbox (the gears) and with the spring too, with the type of belt.. I use one from Gates, it's much smaller than the original......

I don't know in mph but in km mine passed the 110 thousand km barrier a few days ago, of which some 60 thousand km with the Yuminashi 164cc kit

I have the PCX from 2011 and I connected it to an existing plug below the pressure gauges, I connected the 12v LED kit, 35wx2 6000k, and the Oxford heated grips... I also have the 4 flashing button on this model connected to that same plug. I haven't had stress until today.

Try using 13 GR dr pully rollers. and you'll see what it's like to ride mine from 20111/ to 145kh. If you stretch, you'll get enough of that... the bad thing is that it only lasts a short time for the cost of the rollers.

I have a new kit at home... because my kit already has more than 59 thousand km on it... but before assembling it I'm going to have it rectified as I can already see that Yuminashi fails a lot in this part

Hello, this must have happened between two and one... either the final engine stopped working, or the cylinder is lower and caused the valves to hit the piston. Did you measure the squish? what are you using for an injector?

I don't think it was in transport. if you notice the tire on the left side of the bike, the tire is flaking which means that it has a few kilometers done like that already crooked...
