Thanks d.a.rous I managed to open it and solve the seat problem, now my remote stopped working too so need to solve it before trying, no more light on the remote and I changed two batteries without results ( cannot find cr3020 so had to try with cr2025 that was using before) maybe some electric prob...

Hi, my pcx has battery dead and since it's a smart key model I cannot open the seat to remove it, anyone know how to use the plastic keys they provide to solve the problem?
