Re: Seat mounted Top Box
I have a personal plan for storage on my scoot. During normal/everyday local rides, I will use the underseat storage. For longer rides(a few days), I plan to use the underseat storage for things I won't use daily, but want to have on the trips. For example, Tools, tire pump, extra belt, rain suit, a...

Re: Seat mounted Top Box
Interesting Mod, but what needs to be done to take it off in order to lift the seat and access the under-seat storage compartment? Looking at the craigslist post, the box clears the handlebars when the seat is in the upright position. I will give it a try next month (payday) and post photos then. W...

Re: Seat mounted Top Box
The case with mounting plate is under $40US.
I have plenty of straps(a box of guitar straps).
the U-bolts shouldn't be more than a buck or two.
So, for under $50US, I think it is a good deal.

Seat mounted Top Box
Recently, there was a post in the "PCX Deal of the Day" It showed a top box mounted on the back of the seat. I was very interested in the mounting, and I contacted the seller of the scooter. I will be buying the top box next month and have extra storage on my rides. He was VERY helpful and...

Just a different mindset needed. Would you run your mobile phone on petrol? It's like eating meat. May as well just cut to the source and eat plant based foods. At the end of the day when we eat critters we are just eating a byproduct from them eating plants or eating other critters that eat plants...

I don't know why people supported the NFL prior to this "protest". Nearly half of all players in the NFL have been convicted of crimes like domestic violence, animal abuse, rape, assault, drug charges, and many other crimes. I thought that these people were supposed to be role models for o...

"America started off driving on the left. It was only after they claimed independence that they swapped over." Because the indians fought from the left side and our soldiers had to be prepared to draw their swords with their left Hand? Or maybe the stage coaches kept running into each oth...

Maybe when we write long posts, (I am an offender sometimes) we should write a very brief summary of what will be in the long post.

Re: Can a PCX150 stop faster than a FZ-07?
Braking is how I jacked up my knee. My left hand is constantly numb, and I had to brake quickly. Apparently, my right hand grabbed tighter than my left hand. I ended up doing an uncontrolled stoppie. The rear of the bike came up and swung to the left, my left leg went down to keep me from losing con...

I haven't seen the '18 model, but from what I can tell on the Honda website, it looks like you might just be able to change the bulbs in the turn signals.

I'm the one with the partially stripped PCX. I replaced the front turn signals with LED Flood lights (High Beams) and relocated my turn signals. I added underglow lights to the front and rear, but I bought new ones for the front and will be replacing them. I added strip LEDs turn signals to the bac...

Re: My 2013 PCX 150
I added my lights without tearing my bike down half that much. Taking the panel off that contains the gas cap cover gave me access to most of the wiring that I needed to get to. In the back, I could take the whole thing apart in 10 minutes, so the only problem I have had has been including led turn...

Re: My 2013 PCX 150
Here's an update with my scoot tore down for lighting mods!!
I'm working on the lighting wiring harness.
Replacing the rear turn signals with LED strip lights.
I've mounted the spot lights to the forks, but I need to wire them up.
COB LEDs for underglow.
EL-Wire for accent lights.

My wife and I have magnetic attaching pads on the dash of each of our cars, close to where the radio is. They hold the phone in place and don't interference with the Bluetooth we use to connect to our hands-free device. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06W54R653/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UT...
