Re: The Wave ...Obsolete ??
I am a 'return' waver in the US. If they wave at me, I wave back, be don't initiate it. Same. Up here in rural WA I'll never get a wave from a Harley or a crotch rocket. Adventure bike riders seem to have the highest wave-to-scooters quotient. And other scooters of course, but it's so rare I see an...

Re: New exhaust experience
Here's the interesting thing, for the first time I wasn't tailgated or had any cars consider driving out in front of me! 8)  That's the reason I got an aftermarket exhaust, it was less for performance than to be noticed. And to look good, of course. 8) Of course I wear ear plugs already ...

Re: Newbie from UK
Welcome! They are pretty bikes, if you get one you won't regret it. In my opinion you can't go wrong with a PCX, one of the sportiest lookers and it comes with that Honda rock solid reliability. Plus it's fuel injected, if you've ridden carbed bikes you know how nice that is. It always starts right ...

Re: 2017 PCX 150 Windshield Windscreen What do you use in U.
Great screen! I had a Fabbri on a heavier scoot back in the day and I loved it! Did you find a vendor in the States? Please, Do tell. Where? Thanks! I got it on ebay.it (only place I could find it) I'm surprised there are no U.S. vendors, it's a good screen. You mentioned installing the "tall&...

Re: 2018 Honda PCX Performance
Putting their elaborate sales pitch aside, if you send an offset temperature reading to the computer and that changes the air/fuel mixture to be richer, wont that help with performance? It does but the minor performance gains are not worth the side effects if you plan on keeping your scoot for a lo...

Re: windshield removal
Something that stumped me for a bit was how to remove that front trim piece without breaking it. After you remove those two screws you want to slide the trim piece down . Do not pry it upward or outward. After you do it the first time, it's a 10 minute job. And I'm sure more than a handful of us swi...

Re: 2017 PCX 150 Windshield Windscreen What do you use in U.
I'm up in the Pacific Northwest and just installed a Fabbri 3140/EX for the colder weather. It's a tall screen, I'm 6'3" and it comes up to my chin. Puts the air flow into your face but it keeps it off your body, which during colder weather is what I wanted. I wear a full face helmet so it's no...

Re: Question for Givi 323 users
Update: I got the Fabbri 3140/EX. The shipper in Italy didn't pack it well, fortunately it survived a ripped box during the journey. I think it looks good. I went with this one because of the added benefit of the handlebar deflectors, and it looked like it might be a scoshe taller. The downside I th...

Re: PCX Flat Style Seat from mpmotorseat.com
I am 5'10" . I wanted some room to stretch my legs while riding so I had them move the back brace back a little. I had also requested additional padding in the seat, which they did. However, in most cases on these seats the helmet will no longer fit under the seat. If you do not think that the...

How tall are you Mel? I like the looks of those backrest-style seats but am concerned about fitment.Mel46 wrote:If you look on the first link you will see 3 seats at the top of the picture. Mine is similar to the one on your far right. Very comfortable.

Re: Question for Givi 323 users
Thanks for the feedback folks. Yes it looks like I have the wrong one. By the way I learned the Givi D1130ST ( https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/givi-d1130st-windscreen-honda-pcx150-2014-2018 ) is the 2015+ PCX150 replacement for the taller Givi 323. The Givi 1136ST is the replacement for the shor...

Re: PCX Flat Style Seat from mpmotorseat.com
I purchased this one from one of the online Thai vendors and would not recommend it. It was billed to accommodate taller riders. Well it looks cool and does a good job of letting me sit father back, but there is zero padding on the seat so it ends up being is more uncomfortable than stock. And I can...

Question for Givi 323 users
I am trying to install one on my 2015 PCX 150 and am running into fitment issues. I seem to have trouble getting the base of the Givi screen to clear both sides of the black front plastic just in front of the screws. It won't spread across the front end enough to line up with the holes properly, I c...
