Re: Big Front Brake Disc Upgrade
Is it possible to convert the rear drum brake to a disc brake on a PCX 150? Are there drum-brake to disc-brake conversion kits for sale?

Re: Variator rollers - a right and wrong way to fit, appare
Just pondering this - if the variator spins anti-clockwise when looking front on with the cover off (not taking mine apart to check) then fitting the rollers with the 'most polymer' to the lhs when placed into the channels, as mine were and not as per that link makes sense as the rollers would then...

Re: PCX 125 2015 LED - coolant change
In this case i think it's better to do it by hand and then after it has been in place, use the wrench for less than a quarter tightening.
As i can understand nobody knows the torque value for this bolt.

This is the torque spec I found in the Service manual:

Re: Dr Pulley 20x15 (SR2015) 14g sliders for 2015 PCX?
Loht Bai , I have a Service Manual for my particular year, so that is how I know the specs. If you are going to do any work yourself it is necessary to have a service manual. As far as benefits of the NCY variator and 13 gram rollers go, each of these two items plays a different role in helping the...

Can anyone help me with the answers to the following questions? - Does the 2013 PCX model have a 12 volt charger? - With all the plastic panels removed, are there any mechanical or technical differences between the 2014 and 2015 PCX models? - What are the OEM variator roller weight sizes for the PCX...

A 2013 PCX with only 200 miles on the clock!!? Nice!
Mel46, can you describe the performance benefits that you get from the NYC variator vs the PCX's OEM variator?
Do you guys know where I can find the OEM roller specs for the PCX line up?

Thanx! I was really hoping to learn about how to calculate the approx slider weights and the approx roller weights for a scooter. What size rollers are you using? What was the OEM roller size?

Thanx Jge64 and Fish!
So 13g is 'the sweet spot' but if I notice out-of-the-ordinary variator performance I gradually increase the weights until all is acceptable.

Dr Pulley 20x15 (SR2015) 14g sliders for 2015 PCX?
A friend recommended Dr. Pulley sliders, 20x15 (SR2015) 14g variator weights, for better acceleration for my 2015 PCX - would these sliders produce the desired effect? If not, what would you recommend? Also, what are the O.E.M. size rollers for the 2015 PCX?

Re: Forza Shocks—YSS
I was told YSS would have a new rear shock offering after Sept ‘17. Has anyone looked into it? Any info? Hard to locate information on the web. I also saw a Steer Dampening by YSS setup for the Forza which may have been out for a while. I can see how that could make a nice ride even better at 55–60...

Re: PCX 150 vs Nmax 155
After looking at several of those 125cc Nmax - PCX comparison reviews, it seems as though the few differences are rather minor in distinction. Basically, Nmax's stiffer frame and suspension produces a more sportier-type ride coupled with somewhat better braking while the PCX produces the more comfor...

Re: PCX 150 vs Nmax 155
I doubt there will be anything much to choose between them, but people with experience of both will be in very short supply on this forum because to the best of my knowledge there are no english speaking countries where both scooters are sold. If you look for them there are comparison reviews of th...

PCX 150 vs Nmax 155
When riding 2 up for 35 miles round trip on bumpy, pot holed country roads, how does the ride quality of the PCX 150 compare to that of the Nmax 155? In another comparison between the two scooters, how would they compare if we don't factor in the rear disc brake and ABS advantage of the Nmax but add...

[quote= done... check your PM's Homie, can I also have this link for the 2013-2017 PCX 150 service manual? As I know Homie, he will demand you to state your location and manufacturing year of your PCX (rightfully so) before sending you anything. :-) Has been corrected, thanks for the heads up.
