After reading this...

a few weeks ago, it seemed all the rain experts were in the British Isles.

They are much heartier souls than me. o_O

Re: Versions

I’m reducing CO2 by riding a PCX. Can you imagine how much more breathing I’d do if I had to ride a bicycle everywhere???

Route 66 crossing the Mississippi

Historic Route 66 crossing the Mighty Mississippi on the “Chain of Rocks” bridge.

Today it’s more of a museum than a transportation bridge. A bicycle organization raised funds to refurbish the bridge and connect it with a bike trail network. The bridge is now open to only non-motorized traffic.

yeah, I wondered about that...

Perhaps it has a steering wheel that adjusts the gyro to tip the bike rather than turn the tire.

With those aerodynamics, it should get good fuel economy though.

my order is with some French shipping company, on it's way to me. :) As soon as I get it, will post with pictures. Congrats! Glad it's on its way. You are more courageous than me. After the third no-response, I got cold feet, cancelled my order with SameSame, and bought a tall Givi. I think I may h...

Harley

Forgive me if y’all have heard this before, but today a Harley guy told me that the name of the “HD Club” doesn’t come from owning a Harley Davidson, it comes from a “Hundred Dollars” which is how much it costs you every time you try to pass the parts store.

Re: Versions

US law requires all bikes have a kill switch. You must demonstrate your “skill” using the kill switch to get your license. The location of the kill switch on a US PCX corresponds with the location of the idle stop switch on all other PCXs. It seems Honda took the easy road, and didn’t bother to find...

I have looked at auto supply stores for convex mirrors aka "eyeball" mirrors. Can't find any small enough to go on side mirrors on the PCX. They are perfect size for autos... The PCX mirrors are smaller and closer than car mirrors and the wide view mirror needs to be smaller too. Anybody g...

Re: Givi D323DT

Adding the windshield changes everything. Facing the wind is a serious challenge for those of us who have come to motorbikes at a “mature age". My first ride above 50 mph, I thought the wind would rip my helmet off, if it didn’t blow me off the bike altogether. With practice comes skill, but I ...

I've driven in the US and some of the truck drivers are mental. Driving too close and undertaking. I know undertaking is legal but if your not used to it it's wierd. Forgive my dialectical ignorance. What is undertaking? Here on this side of the planet an undertaker is a mortician. So I would suppo...

Check this out… I go on YouTube to see what a Sebel horn sounds like. Is it something I want? Here is the third video I found: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVKM8jSwBU0 Can’t believe the guy standing at the garage door looks (and cusses) just like my amazing scooter mechanic! Shur enuff, it’s Bobby...
