I had to change my front brake pads after 10'500 km. They were totally worn out. Is it normal? I don't ride sporty and I don't brake hard.

Don't decide based on temperature, I decide based on road conditions. I've only done it on the left one. It's easy to find out. All you need is a regular screwdriver. If it's left, it's left. If it's right, it's right. It's simple as that.

I came across an interesting information. Comparing Forza 125 to Forza 300 I found out that 300 has a lower maximum load. That leads me to conclusion that 125 and 300 use exactly the same chassis and the higher engine weight of 300 simply reduces the max load.
