Hello everyone,

So the problem was the f@cking alarm, Kendal, installed by Honda when bought on the stock plug!

I guess an electrical circuit failure happened, and that is why it fries any fuse I insert after turning the key to on.

Any suggestions guys?

It all started some months ago when I changed my battery and the next day the 30A fuse and a few days ago it did it again, thats the story

Amazing! I've noticed that you started using 90w oil on the final gear box, and makes complete sense, since is like a differential. I don't understand why using motor oil in a place like that. I'm going to start using gearbox oil in that part. and change it every 20.000km, just like my old SYM Joyr...

Thanks mate, i know there is a problem, faking Honda...but i am not willing to take my engine off, then get the engine to a shop for a weld, at least not now.

If you have the right tools eberything is easier, but as an amature you do not always have all the proper tools.

What i found out is that honda changed the piston oil ring seat on the piston with some new holes in the piston, just like it should have been from the start...for example my piston was clogged there and the oil seal on the piston was stack and that was the main reason for the excess oil burn. I did...

I have rebuild the forks. Head light wire was cut , repaired.

I freshened up the cylinder head when i rebuilded it, new valve stem sealers

I have replaced the battery once ! i am on my 2nd battery

well NO the speedo does not stop at 99k,i guess at 999k. It can idicate 500.000km for example Ah - OK - mine stops at 99,999. that's strange!!!, are you really sure? Are there a lot of asphalt paved roads there that you can ride on? All of the pictures I have seen of Greece show what looks to me like brick and cobblestone streets, and some movies even show unpaved footpaths. As you can tell, I know nothing about Greece aside from the beautiful travel brochures....
