Re: The number one reason you love PCX
Fuel mileage for me, I'm getting 120 mpg, on town use and dual carriageways, so well pleased with that. Storage is a bit of a dissapointment, had to put a top box on, nothing near as good as the '17 Vision I had, prefered the bigger front wheel, under seat storage and luggage hook, if only it had th...

Re: My First Oil Change
What crush washer? PCX uses an a soft alloy flat washer, to be replaced at oil change, I have a couple of these 'in stock' so I'm never caught with-out 1, how-ever you can 'anneal' the old one by coating it in candle wax and putting it in a flame, until the was burns black, but be careful as it will...

Re: Coolant Level Confusion
There are, but very difficult to see unless you use a black marker to show them up, I keep my level (cold) to the top of the clip that holds the over flow pipe to the tank.gn2 wrote:Are there not min/max marks on the expansion tank?

Re: Mirrors.
Its the mirror-to-stems that are loose, at the ball joint, on both mirrors, not the nut/adaptor end, keeping on having to re-adjust them will only create wear and make them even looser over time I think.

Re: Mirrors.
Are the 500's both r.h thread?
The 2017 PCX are both the same, the 2016< are l & r, so I'm hoping the converter will work and the bottom thread is r/h and top l/h.
If not HGB will accept them back and refund no problem.

Re: Mirrors.
P.S. to use the VISION MIRROR you will also need ADAPTER p.n. 90003-MYS-720 to fit l/h as the PCX is Right hand on both sides and the Vision is l/h & R/h threads.
Right hand o.k.

2017 PCX, mirrors will not stop in vision, road vibrations moves them out of 'focus', any one had the same problem? Cure: I'm fitting 2017 Vision mirrors that have a tightening screw, should be o.k. then. Unfortunately Hunts wanted me to jump through hoops to go through Honda to send me out a new PC...

Re: Why a WHITE helmet
White AGV flip front, it's too big to fit under the seat but goes in the top box no problem, why white?, it is higher visibility that any other , was at the right price (offer)and I never have any other make other than AGV.

Re: Tire Repair with Slime or Vulcanizing Glue + CO2?
Slime is messy, some tyre dealers wont repair them, even as they wont guarantee the repair as safe as residue from the slime may prevent the vulcanizing and bonding of their plug repair, its o.k. to get you home especially if the tyre hasn't got a lot of life left, them replace with a new one. Plugs...
