Since I'm here again... this battery is still freakin awesome, and still have not charged it a year+ later,
and most of my riding is short and infrequent( not good for batteries).

The crossbar is a motocross inspired thing. It's meant to fit a pad so when you "case it' on a jump, your chest hits the softer pad rather than hard parts. Not necessary on a streetbike. I think you'd be hard pressed to find an improvement over the OEM bars. May be better for now to experiment...

Yes the 11 and 13 have the same headlight(US models). I think the Asian market pcxs have different bulbs though...
