Re: PCX125 2021 screen
Hey, I just picked up my new PCX125 2021 about a week ago (thread with pics to follow when I make time) I opted for the dealer to install the tall original Honda screen. One with a decent picture here: https://www.hondabikes.gr/en/honda-pcx-125-150-14/m,25,honda-genuine-parts/genuine-high-windscreen...

Re: Need suggestion for phone holder
I have this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B011NPRGRU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 In conjunction with something similar to this, but without the hand tightening tool: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00T4PE9GI/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_dUO8CbMS99B26 Works great for the middle ...

Re: Airhawk seat
Just to revive this with some fresh info. Even on the new PCX, as much as Honda claimed to, the ride is far for comfortable. On my previous PCX I ordered the YSS shocks from Thailand, which lasted for 2 days exactly before bottoming out & clunking - decided against returning & chucked straig...

The Givi is not in stock yet - still says "Article under manufacturing" on their website. Hopefully shouldn't be too long.
Glad my review helped - I didn't want to dishearten anyone...

Re: 2019 PCX Puig Windshield - Review
@Eiron - when living in a rainy city, looking through a windshield is not the best. Rain forms beads which (especially in evening time) distort light & everything else. I used to have a Vespa GTS300 a long time ago, and their big windscreens are full ones - never felt safe during the rain. Alway...

Re: 2019 PCX Puig Windshield - Review
Yes, removal is quite similar, no major differences. Quire more straightforward actually. One word of advice, be careful when putting the fairing back in - I managed to break one of the top clips - no biggie but still a pain in the derriere. I will report on speed once I ride for a little while. I a...

2019 PCX Puig Windshield - Review
Dear all As promised, here is my new Puig Windshield for the new (2019) Honda PCX 125 (UK & presumably European models) I'm starting a new thread as a continuation of https://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9635 The reason for this is accurate indexation, maybe people googling will find it ...

Service brake adjustment
Hey, Whenever I took my old PCX (& the new one, only once so far) to the garage for the recommended service, I am always surprisingly pleased to the adjustments done to the brakes. They feel tighter & the lever travel time is always pleasantly reduced. After a few hundred miles in London tho...

Re: 2019 150 USA model 13G roller review.
Thanks for the clarification! I am just ordering the Dr. Pulley ones - researched all the model numbers on their catalog. For the UK/European PCX 125, the below are recommended. Apparently, stock bikes come with 2 different roller weights which slightly alters Dr. Pulley's recommended weight, but on...

Re: 2019 150 USA model 13G roller review.
Thanks for the item name @Racer83L! @Jge64 - I'm a bit confused. Looked up a variator for the PCX and the attached picture shows the arrowed components. I always thought they were called sliders... variator.jpg Do you need a special tool to unbold the variator? I remember doing this 300 years ago on...

Re: 2019 150 USA model 13G roller review.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing - would this be the same case for the 125 European models? Is 13 grams still the sweet spot? Dr. Pulley has a chart here - http://www.drpulley.info/drpulley_docs/Typenliste.htm where apparently 15 & 17 grams are mentioned. Not sure if I'm reading it right tho...

As a quick update - it's been 2-3 days since I ordered it and no shipping update on Ebay. Getting nervous now but it may just be normal.

Re: Horn too sensitive - haven't indicated in weeks...
Mel - Happy to hear she's OK & best of health! We almost never realize how incredibly close death is. I am going to try some ghetto fixes this weekend, got a plan in my mind. 1. Jamming a slightly shaven matchstick between the horn button & the housing - create more friction. 2. Zip tie the ...
