Do the national cycle windshields suffer from the vacuum effect?

Ok, so far I am leaning towards the Givi, and I'll add the spoiler if necessary. Haha well that's exactly what I'm hoping to avoid if people have good advice. Why futz with installing, uninstalling, trying to return, etc., possibly multiple times, when some folks here might already have some good suggestions?
