Can I use Mobil sae 10w-30 for my scooter

I made a mistake and I got air into the system when flushing the brake fluid. Which one is for bleeding air 1 or 2? Please see pictures.
How do I fix ?

I changed brake fluid and I have air coming. Right now I can't brake it
Please help. I see there are two place to take out old oil ? top and bottom. which one is the right one ?
