Re: Finding a 100/80-14 front tire for my 2019 PCX150
I'm running into the same issue. I have a 2019 PCX 150 as well, and I was surprised when the dealer told me they didn't have the size. Did you find anything?
Re: Rain Gear
whatever gear you choose must protect you in a crash Great advice! I always check the weather before I scoot, but I wanted something in the event I get caught in an unpredicted downpour. I bought the Helly Hansen jacket to throw on over my riding jacket (which is a Dainese Bora Air Jacket with a G2...

Also with such a nice forum as this, just browsing this forum, reading through all the how-to section - watching some nice videos such as those on youtube from precision cutdown - also a member here (a.k.a. homie) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bme51uDO4zI ) will already get you really far ;). Re: Something Leaking?
Thats why they call them stealerships. Wasn't it them who sold the bike to you and you paid a dealer prep fee or set up fee . Honda requires the dealer to fill the oil crankcase. Seems like their negligence to me and I don't think it was prepped properly if you had a loose oil cap /dip stick.. Also...

Re: Something Leaking?
That's kinda shady. So they used the whole quart? How much did they put in? How low was it when you checked the bikes oil? He said he topped it off. I don't know much about scooters yet. I just bought this a few weeks ago, saw the oil leaking and called the dealer. I didn't check anything - just ha...

Re: Something Leaking?
Wow! Is that right? There is no oil "cap"? I just watched a video about changing the oil. I saw a drain plug and a dipstick, but no cap. You know that feeling you get when you think someone is not being honest. I got that feeling in the service center. Maybe they overfilled it initially an...
Re: Rain Gear
It could be a dud, but I am taking a flier and going to try out some gear from Helly Hansen. They make a lot of gear for sailing. The products I've owned and have seen from them are super high quality. I ordered a jacket and pants. The jacket was $75 USD and the pants were like $43 USD (which I had ...

Re: Something Leaking?
I got the PCX back today. Since the dealer had not called, I reached out around lunchtime. Turns out the scooter was ready. They said that the culprit was a loose oil cap. They charged me for the pickup and for some oil. I had a great ride home, and it was fun to be back on the scooter. I waited abo...
Rain Gear
As a complete noob, I've yet to encounter the inevitable downpour while riding. But, I know it will happen at some point. I should note I live in South Florida which can be sunny all day and then a downpour out of nowhere. What lightweight rain gear do you guys like for warm/hot weather? And how hav...

Re: Newbie Intro - Matt
One thing that may not have been mentioned yet is that you really need a helmet. I know that it is not required in some states, but only a fool would ride on public roads without one. Most of us would also suggest a mesh motorcycle jacket, but I know that it gets really hot down there, so I am sure...

Re: Something Leaking?
mcgw, yowza! You shouldn't be riding it anywhere. Scoot's Under warranty. Call dealer, explain leak to your salesman, he should then refer you to their service mgr. In a nice but very serious manner, tell mgr you're not riding it to them or anywhere. Please come fetch it. Back yourself up by Textin...

Re: Something Leaking?
Mine 3 years and never a drop on the floor....none.....My money is on a loose drain plug… Did this possibly start to occur the last time somebody changed the oil/worked on engine? Hi Glen. It's a brand new machine, so I haven't had it serviced yet. I'm going to take it back to the dealer for the se...

Something Leaking?
Hi everyone. I bought a new 2019 Honda PCX 150 a couple weeks ago. I have put 255 miles on it. I park in the same place in my apartment garage and have noticed a buildup underneath where I park: https://i.imgur.com/6k5dWSnl.jpg I don't know if I should be concerned or if this is normal for a new sco...
