Re: Honda NC700
How was the torque compared to your SV? If you remember I had one too so I'm glad you rode one! Anything missing compared to the SV?
Also, how tall are you?

Re: Termoscud cover
I got mine last November: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=133 I totally love this thing as I can stay dressed for work under the cover. Also, the little plastic guard split near the handlebars and tucano urbano was excellent in sending me another via warranty even in the USA. Customer se...

Re: Riding with full beam on all the time.
It's so funny that the high beam is such a big issue in some places. In the two states that I have held a motorcycle licence in, the STATE recommends that you always use the high beam in daylight! They also recommend that you toot your horn when passing cars ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Thats right, but I thought most of the changes were in the cylinder head and shape. I would be replacing those. I'll have to find that link with all the differences, but im still hopeful.

HAHA! maybe I should! We have a similar show here in the US called "Shark Tank"
Sadly, I'm not allowed on that show because one of the investors is my aunt, Barbara Corcoran =]

How-To: Solve a Soggy Hump On The Cheap (not fully serious)
So, as you can probably tell today is a day off and im bored and maybe a little sarcastic. Been reading a lot about people having a wet ass from the hump after rain. Thought I would share a simple and free solution. Tools/Supplies needed: -Plastic bag -scissors (optional) Step 1: Cut or tear o...

Re: Might have to get something a little bigger than my PCX
Might even be more simple than an engine swap. Its tough to know for sure until we have access to a parts diagram for the 150, but the differences between the engine specs are still very similar. For only a $50 price difference, I highly doubt that honda made any huge changes. We may be able to chan...

Re: How to: Valve Adjustment for Honda PCX
That oil change is definitely the most important thing to do at 600 miles, so good job there. I take it you cleaned the oil filter too? I think you would be fine holding off on the initial valve adjustment but try to get it done more around 1000 miles. My friends was OUT of spec (no good) at 1200 mi...

Re: How to: Valve Adjustment for Honda PCX
The intake was about 0.002 inches tight as I could barely squeeze the correct feeler gauge in the gap and the exhaust was about 0.003 inches tight seeing that I could not get the correct feeler gauge in the gap. When I did mine the valves were within spec but a little tight at 600 but needed to be a...

oh no! That really sucks! Hope you heal up soon! I take it you will be repairing your PCX?
Re: TENTS!
I would probably put the tent against the front part of the topbox (passenger back rest area) and throw a tie around the topbox to keep it secured.. It is a little awkward to carry on a bike.

Re: How to: Valve Adjustment for Honda PCX
did a valve adjustment to a friends brand new PCX. He held off on doing the first valve adjustment until 1200 miles. Both the intake and exhaust valves were tight and needed adjustment. I just hit 8500 miles myself. I'll prob be doing another valve check on the PCX this sunday and will report back i...

Or, you could try to cover it when the forecast calls for rain... might be a cheaper option
