Re: Aftermarket Variator + Drive Belt = Failure at ~3,500 mi
Gregory Stuart asked me to take a look to this conversation, so thank you for the head's up Stuart, and after doing so it makes me think that the heat of the engine make the belt snap. We have spend a lot of time and effort to find the right balance between allowing the belt to rise and higher RPM's...

31MM THROTTLE BODY SET FOR PCX125 LED & PCX150 LED
We received a lot of questions why it isn't possible to install a 31mm throttle body on the new PCX125 LED or PCX150 LED and the answer to this question is because Honda have indeed still the same 5-pin connector on the wire harness, but they changed the connection with the MAP, IAT and TP sensors. ...

Re: Avoiding a hot running engine...
While it sounds great, my concern is whether or not the entire cooling system is actually designed to handle more pressure, because I would think if the answer is "no", you'll end up with more leaky tubes. So far so good with the 1.6 bar radiator cap Valiant, so that's no problem... http:...

Avoiding a hot running engine...
I would like to write a few words down here about water cooling issues and what to do about it because I think it will be a great help for a lot of people... I would like to recommend everybody who have a big bore kit installed on the PCX to use a NGK CR9E spark plug to have a better, cooler running...

Re: Yuminashi mods
I guess what I'm saying is (no offense) we don't want to be on this adventure of further modifications with you. We would prefer to look at you as an authority in being able to tell us which parts to use for our goals. I hope you can understand this. An example, recently I spoke to you about your h...

Re: Yuminashi mods
Agreed. I think that is what our forum members here are looking at. Many of us ride at US freeway speeds which means a minimum of 113 kph. Should we be doing this on larger bikes? Probably, however that is where you and other manufacturers come in. We are looking for ways to make touring at those s...

Re: Yuminashi mods
Can you explain why your distributors say it is not of good quality if it's not available yet? http://www.yuminashi.com/-pcx150-esp-175cc-light-bore-k/ I can't explain that, I only know that we never ever have sold 1 set so far, even not 1 set to our dealers to test one. A product must be 100% reli...

Re: Yuminashi mods
To those that have good luck with yuminashi good for you. There are many people including on the grom forum that have had issues with yuminashi. Including some bore and piston sets that did not match and caused engine failures. I requested information on a 175 cc yuminashi big bore kit from PCX rac...

Re: Yuminashi mods
Yumionashi destroyed my engine! The parts are very poorly made, and they do not offer any return or commit to any admission for failuring to live up to these promises you see on the internet. What I found out all these so-called tests are actually the owner Reggie making false statement and is just...
