If you really want to be seen, wear a Hi-Viz riding jacket and helmet. It is much easier to see a rider than a bike, no matter how many lights are on it. I wear Hi-Viz and it makes a big difference. LEDs usually last almost indefinitely, they last a lot longer than incandescent bulbs. They don't draw enough current to be even remotely a problem. Are you planning on wiring directly to the battery? If so, make sure you include a fuse so you don't accidentally cause an electrical fire if a short ...
