Update: I can't find a way to delete this post, but the noise turned out to be coming from one of the fairings. Somehow one of the clips has broke and it had popped out a little and was rubbing/vibrating. Still not sure about the wires though.

Towards the end of my relatively intensive ride a few hours ago, I started hearing this weird high pitch sort of rattling noise when going at low-medium speeds. Thanks for the suggestions guys. I thought I would give the bike a quick wash and noticed this rust. It's the first time I've looked under here since I got the bike last year. It's a 2019 PCX 125 with about 5,000 miles.
