Hi, yeah I'll try to get all that done when I have time. It's a UK bike. I managed to get the door open using a shim I made out of a small piece of metal. Thanks for the reply's. Did you need any special tools to get the cover off or is it just a matter of sticking something behind to lever the tabs? Do you know the best place to get a hold of the service manual online as I'm drawing a blank apart from places selling them for £40. Cheers again.

Yeah, I've tried getting a screwdriver under there too and prying it up a bit but it's locked. Gonna give it another go when the weather gets a bit better. Has anyone got a link to a service manual?

Just went to fill up my PCX at the petrol station and when I press the Fual door button it won't open. The seat bay opens fine so I'm not sure what's going on. Is there a way to manually open it? I need to get to work tomorrow and back so if anyone has any advice I'd be very appreciative.
