So basically the extra thermal load generated over the stock engine capacity is to much and boils the coolant.....? And your solution is to increase the pressure in the system which raises the boiling point and increases the engines running temperature. The standard radiator caps set so at a set tem...

Re: Using USB in glove box for gopro

Did a test ride using gopro battery and it was catching the screen and dash surround so moved it. Its now mounted and I drilled hole into top off glove box cover and used a cable grommet to keep it waterproof and prevent rubbing. Works well as can still open and close the glove box

Hi all. Decided im going to hard wire a gopro on the pcx 2022 125. I've bought a USB c to normal USB adaptor so can use the switched power supply in the glove box. Issue im having is getting the wire out off the glove box to the camera as the glove box is a good tight fit when closed. Any one have a...

Re: Realigning Front Tire with Forks

I'm going to say the forks are bent. And its definatly got something going on with the bodywork too so ig guess it could be bent under their too.

Remove the mudguard and wheel and rotate the fork lower as might indicate if bent. Defibatly remove the whole front fairing assembly too

Re: New PCX 160 - is it getting smoother over time?

Yeh the standard rear shock after 5k on mine are still way to soft and don't have enough damping or travel. Front forks are way to soft and dive way to easily. My next mod with be a longer travel rear shock set with way better damping and higher spring rate. No one seams to know the standard spring ...

Superb right up. If only more people did this with the jobs they undertook. How's the bikes wheel bearings, head stock bearings and swing arm bearings holding up after that milage ? Just curious. Guessing the forks and shocks need a rebuild at that milage too

Re: stutter, close to cut off whilst riding

When was the bike last serviced ? Oil, plug & filter. If not in the last year then I would start with that. Id also be checking the fuel lines for any deterioration and any breathers too. If you know all that's good then my next port off call would be checking the belt and clutch are in spec. Af...
