I solved it yesterday. I bought some pipe lagging that was 65mm in diameter. Its fitted in perfectly and manged to get it in the original hole for the bladders too

Heated kit worked a treat. Do you have your heated gear wired in to the bike or is it battery operated? Wondering because I know you had some questions about the power of the charging system. Yeh set off extractors
left handed drill bit
small drill and tap a Allen key ot torx bit in
Very very mild heat with it being plastic and a pick or screw driver to rotate it

For new plug just got to a dealers or phone them i imagine it won't be alot at all

My 125 will cruise at 60mph and will go up to 65mpg on a good push but don't like to do it as its revving its ass off. I did 500 miles in a day (10 am to 7 pm), just a leisurely ride on back roads, so I know that 1000 miles could be done. My wife had a PCX as well, so we just decided to go on a ride to 'touch' 5 States in one day, which we did. We stopped to eat, refuel, and just sightsee before heading home again....
