Honda Click/Vario
I ride a 2019 Honda Click 125i which is like a slimmed down PCX 125i. Bought new in April 2019 and now has about 20k kilometers on the odo. I have begun the upgrade journey which so far consists of a cheap, basic windscreen, a racing variator, local SpeedTuner brand - lightened and 13.5° drive face,...

FYI I just received a YSS front fork kit and it came with 15W fork oil instead of 20W. Ordered from BIKERZBITS.com.

Re: dr pulley rollers / sliders
Pretty good mileage if you ask me.
My last set of regular NCY rollers only lasted 6,000 km before they were worn to the brass core in spots.

Re: Hello Newbies! We're Glad You Found Us!
Hello all. Recently found this forum. 3 years ago I bought new a 2019 Honda Click 125i, my first motorized 2 wheeler. I have ridden in the past and my elder brother used to build scooters in the 60's and used to ride them. Currently have 20k kilometers on the Click and am starting the upgrade trip. ...

Re: Ncy variator just installed 2011 pcx 125cc
Usually a new variator needs to break in, anywhere up to 650 miles. Do break in with old belt then install a new one. 13gr rollers should be ok depending on your weight.
Stand mph is theoretical top speed. No accounting for wind resistance, road conditions, weight, tires, etc.

Re: 0-40 or more acceleration times
Count me in though I have a stock 2019 Honda Click 125i, not a Forza or PCX. Well, stock except for the side which upgraded variator, Dr Pulley 11g sliders, 1200 center spring and probably 1500 clutch springs. Weight-wise I am 97-100 kilos or about 215-220 lbs. 90/80 14 front, 120/70 14 rear Pirelli...
